DAY 2


The chefs were busy in the kitchen again today. They were busy in the morning making a scrumptious lunch of stuffed baguettes and cold cucu

mber soup served in a pretty orange peel bowl. Before they ate their masterpieces, they had a yoga class with Coach Cari outside under the trees.


Lunch began as usual with a “grateful moment”. The chefs and coaches go around the table and everyone shares one thing they are grateful for. What are you grateful for today?


After lunch it was back to the kitchen to make pasta primavera. The chefs were busy cutting veggies and learning little tips - like using the water from blanching the vegetables to make the pasta (it adds flavor to the pasta!).


The campers spend the rest of the day making jelly-fish (or squid) art to hang in the purpose tree.
